Send feedback
Locodex Planner is in open beta, and the fastest way to make it better is to tell us what's broken or missing. There's a short Send feedback form built right into the app — no account, and you never leave the planner.
Where to find it
- On the home screen — a Send feedback link sits in the footer, under the note about your layouts.
- In the editor — a Feedback link sits in the status bar along the bottom of the window.
- From the command palette — press <kbd>⌘K</kbd> (or <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>K</kbd>) and run Send feedback / report a bug.
All three open the same form: pick a type (bug, idea, or other), type your message, and send.
What gets included
To help us reproduce a problem, the form quietly attaches a little context with your message:
- the app version you're running,
- your browser (the user-agent string),
- the page you were on, and
- the id of the layout you had open, when you send it from the editor.
That's it — no account is required, and nothing is sent until you press Send. If you'd like a reply, add your email in the message.
The occasional one-tap survey
Once — just after your first export — a small card in the corner asks how likely you'd be to recommend Locodex (0–10). Tap a number and you're done; there's an optional box to say why, which goes to the same place as feedback. It only ever asks once, and the × dismisses it for good.
